These Swivel Tops are meant for mounting 2 inch by 4 inch Bunk Boards at a specified angle to support the hull of your boat. It is made of 1/8 inch steel, measures 3 1/2 inches long x 2 inches (side with 1 hole) x 1 1/2 inches  (side with 2 holes). The Top holes measure 2 inches center to center.
